Questions
What counts as a scan?
One receipt photo read by the AI. Typing an expense by hand, or ticking rows from a bank statement, does not use a scan. A photo that turns out not to be a receipt still counts, so aim first.
When does the count reset?
Free and Pro reset at midnight Sydney time on the first of each month. Pro annual gives you 3,000 for the year and resets when the year renews.
Can I switch from Pro to Pro annual?
Yes, one tap in Settings. You are charged A$49.99 that day, your scan count resets and your renewal date moves to that day. There is no credit for the unused part of the month.
How do I cancel?
On the web, Settings then Manage billing. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for. On iPhone, cancel in iOS Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions.
Is the iPhone price the same?
Pro annual is A$49.99 on both. Monthly Pro is A$6.99 through the App Store and A$7 on the web. One account, one plan, from whichever store you used.
