Signing in

Use the same method you used on the web: Google, Apple, or the magic link sent to your email. There is no password to remember. The app opens the link straight from Mail.

What the iPhone app is for

Capture. Take the photo on site, confirm the category, move on. Jobs, quotes, invoices and payments all work on the phone, including sharing PDFs through the iOS share sheet.

What stays on the web

• Bank statement import. Upload the CSV or PDF from a computer.
• Plan changes. The iPhone app bills through the App Store, so upgrades on the phone go through Apple. Web upgrades go through Stripe. One account, one plan. Full detail on the pricing page.
