Share and mark accepted

Share builds the PDF and hands it to the iOS share sheet, or downloads it on the web. Send it by text, WhatsApp or email.

There is no customer portal, no accept link and no expiry enforcement. When the customer says yes, open the quote and Mark accepted. You can undo that if they change their mind.

If you invoice off a quote that was never marked accepted, Recpt treats it as accepted from that point.

With a deposit set, accepting can raise the deposit invoice straight away.
