What the customer sees

The customer opens the link on the invoice and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a Stripe page. Afterwards they land on a thank-you page showing your business name, the amount and Paid, with a link to download the invoice.

Stripe emails them a receipt. The invoice PDF from then on carries a Paid stamp with the date and "Paid by card".

On your side, the payment is recorded against the job automatically. No chasing bank transfers, no manual entry.
