Record a payment

Payments are the only income record in Recpt. Quotes and invoices are documents. A payment is the truth.

Press + Add, then Payment, or use Deposit received on a quoted job to pre-fill the amount. Enter the amount, the date (today by default), the job if there is one, and a note.

Owed on the job drops by the amount. Job profit rises by it.
