Profit and owed

Each job shows two derived figures:

• Profit: payments received on the job minus expenses linked to it.
• Owed: what you have quoted or invoiced minus payments received.

Both update live as you link expenses and record payments. Neither can be edited by hand, which is what keeps them honest.
